With the Avent BPA-free teat, your baby controls the flow of milk just like at the breast, which can help prevent overfeeding and spit-up.
A unique, flexible anti-colic skirt allows air to enter the bottle for a natural, activated, and controlled latch. The unique non-return valve at the base of the teat flexes to let air in and fill the vacuum created by swallowed milk, at a pace your baby controls.
This relieves colic and promotes a natural, activated, and controlled latch.
When your child drinks from an Avent bottle, you can see the bubbles moving away from the teat and rising to the bottom of the bottle—this ensures that air goes into the bottle and not into your baby's stomach.
Supports mixed feeding. The Avent teat is soft and anatomically shaped: it encourages your baby to open their mouth wide and naturally adapts to the way a newborn positions their mouth (tongue, lips, and jaw) to suckle.
