1. How can I track my order?
You can track your order from your account by clicking on "My Orders" or using the tracking link you will receive via email after the shipment.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once the order is confirmed, you will most likely no longer be able to modify it. However, feel free to call our customer service as soon as possible to check if any changes are possible.
3. Can I cancel an item from my order after purchase?
If you've decided not to receive your order, we completely understand. If the item has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it. Otherwise, we will guide you through the return process once you have received it.
4. What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your city.
Cadablanca, Rabat et Kenitra: Orders placed before 2 p.m. are delivered the same day.
For other cities, it’s generally within 24 to 48 hours.
5. What should I do if my order is delayed?
Contact our customer service if your order is taking longer than expected to find out the status of your delivery.
6. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
If an item is missing from your order, we sincerely apologize. First, check the status of your order in "My Account" to confirm its status. If the item is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact our customer service with your details to resolve the issue quickly.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inform us immediately with a photo of the received product, and a solution will be provided (exchange or refund).
8. Is it possible to return an item, and what is the return window?
Any return must be sent back to us within 14 days, unopened and in perfect condition. To do so, simply log into your account, click on "Request a return" and select the order and the item in question. We will contact you to organize the pick up and process the exchange.
9. What are the refund procedures?
Refunds will only be considered in cases of product defects or errors on our part.
In other cases, the refund will be in the form of store credit (to be used for your next order) or an exchange once the return request is validated.
10. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (online), bank transfer, and cash on delivery (depending on the delivery area).
11. How do I use a promo code?
Your promo code must be entered in the "Discount Code" section during checkout, then validate your choice by clicking "Apply."

Selling on Wlidaty.com - Consignment Seller Guidelines

At Wlidaty.com, we are committed to offering our customers a wide selection of high-quality products. We invite third-party sellers to join our platform and offer their products under a consignment agreement. By partnering with us, you will have the opportunity to expand your brand’s reach while we handle storage, order fulfillment, and delivery.

Below, we outline the requirements and process to become a consignment seller on Wlidaty.com

1. Eligibility Criteria for Consignment Sellers

To sell on Wlidaty.com, sellers must meet the following criteria:

  • Business Registration: You must have a legally registered business with a valid commercial license in Morocco or abroad. If you are an international seller, you must comply with Moroccan e-commerce regulations.
  • Product Quality: All products sold on Wlidaty.com must be new, unused, and in saleable condition. We do not accept counterfeit or imitation products.
  • Legal Compliance: Sellers must ensure that all products comply with Moroccan regulations, including consumer protection laws, safety standards, and import/export requirements.
  • Stock Availability: While Wlidaty.com manages storage and order fulfillment, sellers must ensure they can meet agreed quantities and ship stock to our warehouse on time.

2. Authorized Product Categories

Sellers can offer a wide variety of products on Wlidaty.com, including but not limited to:

  • Fashion & Apparel (clothing, shoes, accessories)
  • Electronics & Gadgets
  • Home & Décor (furniture, kitchenware, etc.)
  • Beauty & Personal Care
  • Baby Products & Toys
  • Health & Wellness
  • Books & Stationery

Products must comply with Wlidaty.com’s guidelines and Moroccan regulations. We do not accept prohibited items such as illegal goods, hazardous materials, or counterfeit products.

3. Consignment Process

Our consignment model allows sellers to list their products on Wlidaty.com while we store and manage inventory.

  • Product Listing: Sellers must provide complete product information, including accurate descriptions, high-quality images, pricing details, and any necessary certifications or documentation.
  • Pricing: Sellers set their product prices. However, Wlidaty.com reserves the right to suggest price adjustments based on market conditions and competition.
  • Inventory Management: Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels. Wlidaty.com will store products in our warehouse and process orders accordingly.
  • Stock Replenishment: Sellers must send stock to Wlidaty.com’s warehouse as needed to ensure product availability. Stock levels and sales data can be monitored via the seller portal.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Inventory Storage: Wlidaty.com will store all consignment products in our warehouses and manage shipping and delivery to customers.
  • Order Fulfillment: Once an order is placed, Wlidaty.com will handle order preparation, packaging, and shipping. Sellers do not need to manage direct order fulfillment.
  • Delivery Timeframes: Orders placed in Casablanca or Rabat before the specified cut-off time will be processed for same-day delivery. Orders from other cities will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

As Wlidaty.com manages order fulfillment, we also handle returns and exchanges in line with our policy.

  • Return Window: If a product is defective or damaged, the customer can return it within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refund Process: Once a product is returned and inspected, Wlidaty.com will process a refund to the customer. If the product is defective or damaged, the seller will be notified, and the item may be returned to the seller at their expense.
  • Exchange Policy: If a customer requests an exchange, the seller must provide a replacement product (if available). If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • Return Inventory Management: Returned products will be handled by Wlidaty.com. Returned items may either be sent back to the seller or disposed of according to the seller’s instructions.

6. Payments

  • Payment Terms: Payments will be made to sellers on a monthly basis in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and transferred to the seller’s designated bank account.
  • Deductions: The agreed commission and any applicable shipping or handling fees will be deducted from total sales revenue before payment is processed.

7. Seller Responsibilities

  • Product Quality: Sellers must ensure that all products meet Wlidaty.com’s quality standards, are in good condition, and are properly packaged for shipping.
  • Customer Service: While Wlidaty.com handles customer service, sellers must be available to respond to product-related inquiries or claims.
  • Compliance: Sellers must adhere to Wlidaty.com’s policies, including terms and conditions, return policies, and local laws.
  • Stock Management: Sellers must provide accurate stock levels and ensure Wlidaty.com has sufficient stock to process orders.

8. Marketing & Promotion

  • Product Marketing: Wlidaty.com will promote your products on the site through banners, email campaigns, and special promotions. Sellers are encouraged to participate in marketing campaigns, sales events, and seasonal promotions for better visibility.
  • Seller Participation: Sellers can collaborate on promotions such as discounts, flash sales, or other marketing strategies to attract customers.

9. Agreement Termination

Either Wlidaty.com or the seller may terminate the consignment agreement with written notice. If Wlidaty.com terminates due to a breach of terms or failure to meet performance standards, the seller will be notified and given an opportunity to resolve any issues.

In case of termination, any remaining inventory in Wlidaty.com’s warehouse will be returned to the seller, and any ongoing orders will be processed accordingly.
