Cleaning Instructions: To effectively clean your insulated bottle, remove the silicone straw and straw stem, then wash them in warm, soapy water. We recommend a cleaning brush set to thoroughly clean through the straw and spout. Allow the straw, stem, and other parts to dry completely before reassembling.

Leak-proof tip: Your insulated bottle is only leak-proof when the flip lid is securely closed. The straw itself is not leak-proof, so it will leak if the lid is left open or if the bottle is tilted or turned upside down. If it seems to be leaking when the lid is closed, try slowly closing the lid to ensure the groove inside the lid is aligned with the straw. Also, check that the straw and stem are correctly inserted, as shown in our instructional video.
