Cleaning Tips: For effective cleaning, remove the straw top and stem and wash them with warm, soapy water. We recommend using a cleaning brush kit to thoroughly clean the inside of the straw and tip. Let dry completely before reassembling.
Leak-proof? Your insulated bottle is only leak-proof when the lid is closed. The straw itself isn't leak-proof, so it will leak if the lid is left open and the bottle is tilted or turned upside down. If you notice leaks when the lid is closed, try closing the lid slowly to make sure the groove inside the lid aligns properly with the straw. Also, check that the straw tip and stem are securely connected and inserted correctly, as shown in our vacuum bottle cleaning video.
