PROHIBITIONS OF ICEA ECO ORGANIC CERTIFICATION

Potentially dangerous non-vegetable substances, i.e. allergens, irritants, or potentially dangerous to health, are prohibited.

Environmental impacts, such as unnecessary packaging or non-recyclable materials, must be minimized.

Raw materials must be minimally toxic, and must not have any unpredictable effects on people.

Raw materials must be compatible with the skin.

Vegan

Common household detergents and branded cleaning products are known to contain up to ten animal-derived ingredients, such as caprylic acid tallow (from milk) (processed beef fat), glycerol animal and stearic acid (animal fat).
