I Learn Wudû

This book is a simple and practical guide that explains to French-speaking children how to perform wudû’ (ablutions). It is accompanied by illustrations and photos that will help the child better understand the different steps of wudû'. All invocations (and a few short surahs) are in Arabic, with their translation into French and their phonetic transliteration.

In this little book, we have explained wudû’ to children. The prophet said: « On the Day of Resurrection, I will recognize the people of my community by their faces, their hands and their feet, which will be illuminated by wudû’. »Water has a refreshing effect. It wakes you up, it frees your mind from futile thoughts, dreams, etc. When you perform wudû’, the evil that your tongue has spoken, that your eyes have seen and that your ears have heard disappears with the water on your face, as do the bad deeds you have committed with your hands and feet.We hope that this book will help parents and educators teach children how to perform wudû’.May Allah forgive us and may our intention be sincere.
