Ladrôme Organic Ravintsara Essential Oil – 10 ml

Obtained from the leaves of ravintsara (Cinnamomum camphora, cineole type) from Madagascar, this organic Ladrôme essential oil is a cold-season staple. It is used to support the body's natural defences and help you breathe more comfortably.

How to use:

1. Massage: dilute 2 to 3 drops in a teaspoon of vegetable oil and massage the upper back and chest.
2. Inhalation: 1 to 2 drops on a tissue, breathe in several times a day.
3. Diffusion: a few drops for 15 to 20 minutes, in a ventilated room.

Precautions: not recommended for pregnant women (especially in the first 3 months), breastfeeding women or children under 3. People with asthma or epilepsy: ask a doctor first. Do not use neat; avoid the eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
