Instructions for use:

Filling

• Tear the safety seal, then open the zip.
• Pour the milk (up to 180–200 ml recommended).
• Note the name, date, time, and volume.
• Squeeze out the air and close the zip tightly.

Recommended Storage

• Room temperature (16–29 °C): 4 to 6 hours
• Insulated bag (≤ 15 °C): up to 24 hours
• Refrigerator (4 °C): 3 to 5 days
• Freezer (-18 °C): up to 3 months
• Deep freezer (-20 °C): up to 6 months

Thawing

• Warm in a bowl of lukewarm water (do not use a microwave).
• Check the temperature using the thermosensitive indicator.
• Gently shake if the milk has separated.
• Do not refreeze milk that has already been thawed. Single-use bag.
