Non-applicator tampons for light flow days. These regular organic tampons are made with rolled, long-staple organic cotton wadding, designed to gently absorb menstrual flow and expand widthwise. Cotton is soft, absorbent, and does not dry out the protective lining.

Natracare tampons were developed in direct response to health and environmental concerns about dioxin pollution caused by chlorine bleaching, the widespread use of pesticides on conventionally grown cotton, and the use of rayon and other synthetics in tampons.

Natracare tampons are all made from 100% certified organic cotton and are the first fully certified organic cotton tampons available in the world today. They are not bleached with chlorine and do not contain synthetic materials, such as rayon, or chemical additives, such as binders or surfactants. Certified organic cotton eliminates the risk of direct exposure to residues from pesticides and chemical fertilizers traditionally used on cotton.
