Instructions for use

Filling

1. Open the pouch zipper.
2. Pour in milk up to 150–160 ml (leave room for freezing).
3. Write name, date, and time in the area provided.
4. Remove air and carefully reseal the zipper.

Recommended Storage

• Room temperature (16–29°C): up to 4–6 hours
• Cooler bag (≤ 15°C): up to 24 hours
• Refrigerator (4°C): 3–5 days
• Separate freezer compartment (-18°C): up to 3 months
• Deep freezer (-20°C): up to 6 months

Defrosting

• Heat gently in a bowl of warm water (do not microwave)
• Shake gently if the milk has separated
• Never refreeze thawed milk
• Single-use bag, do not Reuse
