How to Use

Filling

1. Open the bag by pulling back the zipper.
2. Pour in the milk up to a maximum of 150–160 ml (safety margin for freezing).
3. Write the name, date, and time in the area provided.
4. Expel any air and reseal carefully.

Recommended storage

• Room temperature (16–29°C): 4 to 6 hours maximum
• Cooler bag (≤ 15°C): up to 24 hours
• Refrigerator (4°C): 3 to 5 days
• Separate freezer compartment (-18°C): up to 3 months
• Deep freezer (-20°C): up to 6 months

Defrosting

• Place the bag in a bowl of warm water (do not microwave)
• Shake gently if the milk separates
• Do not refreeze milk that has already thawed
• Single-use bag, do not reuse
