Omron M7 Intelli IT – Connected upper-arm blood pressure monitor

The M7 Intelli IT is a clinically validated automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor designed for home use. Connected via Bluetooth to the OMRON connect app, it makes it easy to track readings over time and includes detection of possible atrial fibrillation (AFib).

Directions for use:

1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes with your back supported, feet flat and arm resting at heart level.
2. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, about 1 to 2 cm above the elbow crease.
3. Press Start and stay still and silent during the measurement.
4. Ideally measure at the same time every day and sync with the OMRON connect app.
