TipsHaler Pediatric Inhalation with Mask 6Y+

TipsHaler is an inhalation chamber of French design and manufacture, optimized for pulmonary deposition of inhaled corticosteroids alone or in combination, and available in 4 models:

Young children are not able to synchronize their inspiration with the spray release. The TipsHaler® pediatric inhalation chamber is specially designed to optimize inhaled treatments in children under 6 years of age.

Thanks to its technical specificities and its OrHal® partitioned mask, it optimizes drug deposition in the deep lung, where it is effective.

OrHal®, the first pediatric partitioned mask for an inhalation chamber, was developed to facilitate and optimize the administration of inhaled treatments for children aged 1 year and older.

Progressively from 12 months, the nose becomes operational and plays its role as a filter against the inhalation of external particles. As it develops, it also promotes the retention of drug particles thanks to the cilia and nasal mucus. To ensure proper treatment, it then becomes essential to obtain inspiration through the mouth.
