The Velpeau crepe bandage is a 5 cm wide blue elastic bandage. It is used to support joints and muscles, provide light compression or hold a dressing in place.

How to use:

1. Start wrapping away from the area to be supported, working towards the heart.
2. Wrap in a spiral, overlapping each turn by about half its width.
3. Secure the end without over-tightening.
