The neutral bases are: color-free, fragrance-free, and formulated with mild surfactants. The neutral bases are also formulated and packaged in France with recyclable packaging designed to limit their impact on the environment. To achieve this, WAAM has chosen not to use over-packaging or any unnecessary packaging accessories. The Face Cream Base is certified COSMOS Organic by ECOCERT according to the COSMOS standard.
