2. Pricing & Availability

While we strive to maintain accurate pricing and stock information, we cannot guarantee that every product listed on Wlidaty.com is available at the displayed price. If there is any discrepancy in price or availability after you place an order, we will promptly inform you. If the revised price exceeds the original price, we will not charge you unless you agree to continue with the purchase at the updated price.

3. Stock & Product Availability

We make every effort to ensure that all products listed are in stock and ready for delivery. However, stock may change unexpectedly. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you, and you will not be charged for it. You will be informed when the item becomes available again, and if you wish to reorder, you will need to place a new order.

4. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we cannot guarantee that your preferred color or variant will be delivered unless clearly stated in the product title. If the product you receive differs from the description or image provided on the website, your sole remedy is to return the item within 7 working days, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

5. Order Confirmation

Upon completing your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the products you have ordered. This is not an acceptance of the sale. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your items have been shipped, confirming that we have accepted the sale.

6. E-invoice

After your purchase, you will receive an electronic tax invoice (E-invoice) stored in your account, which can be viewed and downloaded anytime. If you require a printed version, we will provide one upon request.

7. Order Cancellations & Refusals

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. Common reasons for non-acceptance of an order include:

• The product is out of stock.
• Payment authorization issues.
• Incorrect pricing or product descriptions.
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions. We will inform you via email if your order is canceled, and you will not be charged for items that were not accepted.

8. Delivery Policy

Please review our Delivery Policy to confirm that we deliver to your country. We may modify this policy from time to time, so it is important to check it before placing each order. Delivery times may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery windows. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipment may be reattempted, or you may need to contact the postal service.

9. Risk of Loss

Once your order is dispatched, the risk of loss or damage to the items passes to you. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused during transit.

10. Account Security

You are responsible for all activities under your Wlidaty.com account. If your account information, such as username or password, is used by a third party due to your negligence, you will be responsible for any resulting charges.

11. Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return unused items within 7 working days of receiving them, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. If your returned product meets our conditions, you may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or a refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

12. Changes to Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale are subject to change at any time. You are encouraged to review them periodically before making any purchases. By placing an order, you agree to the terms in effect at that time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Morocco.

Coupons & Promotions

Coupons, discounts, and promotions can be used when purchasing on Wlidaty.com and its mobile application. Please note the following conditions apply:

• Coupons and discounts are not applicable to gift certificates, diapers, milk products, or products from the following brands:
• Cybex, Maxi-cosi, Quinny, 4Moms, Angelcare, Babiators, Babyzen, Beaba, Besafe, Bombol, Charli Chair, Childhome, Dena Toys, Doomoo, Ergobaby, Mima, Misioo, Moulin Roty, Pabobo, Quut, Red Castle, Sassi, Skip Hop, Sophie La Girafe, and Vilac.
• Enter the correct coupon code before completing payment. Incorrect codes entered during checkout will not be eligible for discounts.
• Discounts will be prorated in the case of returns, and refund amounts will reflect the discounted price.
• The maximum discount for coupon codes is MAD 75, unless otherwise specified.
• Coupon codes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotions are valid for one-time use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers.
• The terms, validity, and maximum discount for any promotional code may change without notice.
