Return, Refund, Replacement, Exchange and Cancelation (RRREC) Policy

At Wlidaty, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Below, you will find the details of our policy as it applies to the products sold on Wlidaty:

Please be aware that certain products may not be eligible for return, replacement, or exchange, as specified below. The specific return or replacement/exchange policy for each product or product combo, as listed on the product page at the time of purchase, will take precedence.

The return, replacement, or exchange policy may change based on business needs. However, the policy that was in effect when the order was placed will always apply.

Returns & Replacement Policy

  • Clothing & Footwear – Returns accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Birthday & Party Supplies – Returns accepted within 2 days from the date of purchase.
  • Other Product Categories – Returns accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase for the following items:

If a product is ineligible for replacement or exchange after delivery due to reasons such as being out of stock, unavailable return pickup, or any similar issue, you may still return the product within the allowed return period.

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging with all parts and any accompanying freebies. When returning an item, make sure it is properly packed. Note that if you hand over an incorrect product to our courier partner, WLIDATY will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the incorrect item during transit or otherwise.

At the time of pickup, certain products may undergo a quality control inspection at the doorstep. The inspection will check parameters such as the correct brand, style, color, size, the number of pieces in the pack, original packaging condition (no damage, resalable), the presence of accessories (e.g., laces, flowers, bows, ties), security tags, and whether the item is used or unused. If any of these conditions are not met, your return request may be placed on hold. You may raise another return request as long as the return window for the product is still open.

Once the returned product is received at our facility and passes the quality check, a replacement or exchange will be shipped to your address. In the case of a return, a refund will be processed for the original product(s), where applicable.

A fixed shipping charge of 40 MAD will be applied if the customer refuses to accept the original order with items eligible for replacement/exchange or refuses the replacement/exchange product(s) once shipped.

If any products from an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned, the coupon or offer will no longer be applicable to the order. The benefit from the coupon/offer will not be included in the refund. However, in the case of a replacement or exchange, the same coupon code or offer will apply to the replacement/exchange order as it did for the original purchase.

Wlidaty Home (Furniture Category)

For products purchased under the Furniture category, you may be eligible for a return within 48 hours of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, missing parts or components, delivered in error, or is non-functional.

Carter’s Store Purchases

Products bought in Carter's stores can only be returned at the respective physical store. Returns for in-store purchases will not be processed through our website. Additionally, replacements/exchanges are only available for products purchased online, not for in-store purchases.

Free Product Returns

If you place a return request on an item that was bundled with a free product, the free product may also be cancelled, provided it has not yet been dispatched or is not already in transit. If the free product is received in a damaged or defective condition, or if it is missing from the shipment, Wlidaty will not process any refunds or replacements for the free product.

Reverse Pickup Time

For products where a reverse pickup service is available through reputable couriers, pickup will generally occur within 1 to 5 business days, depending on your city location (excluding Sundays and holidays). However, please be aware that unforeseen delays may occur due to logistical challenges outside our control. We kindly request your cooperation as we work to minimize such instances.

Replacement/Exchange Process

If you encounter any issues with your product, you can request a Replacement or Exchange within the specified time window after delivery, based on product availability. Please note the following conditions for replacements or exchanges:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and untorn, with all original tags intact.
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and all other items that were part of the original shipment.
  • If the product does not meet the required return conditions, a refund will not be processed.

At the time of pickup, certain products may be subject to a Quality Control Inspection. The following parameters will be checked by the courier partner:

  • Same brand, style, color, size, and number of items in the pack
  • No damage or defects to the product packaging (resalable condition)
  • No missing accessories, such as laces, flowers, bows, ties, etc.
  • Security tags attached to garments (if applicable)
  • Whether the product is used or unused

If any of these conditions are not met, the replacement/exchange request may be put on hold. If the product is still eligible for a return, you can submit a new return request as long as the return window remains open.

Once the original product has been received at our facility and quality checks are complete, we will ship the replacement or exchanged product to your address.

Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated once the returned product has been received at our facility and all quality checks are complete. The method of refund will depend on the payment method used during the original transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be processed back to the original card used for the purchase. For example, if payment was made with a debit card, the refund will be returned to the same bank account linked to the card.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed to your bank account. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a Gift Card equivalent to the COD amount.

For exchanges or replacements, no refund will be issued. Instead, the new product will be shipped to you once the original item has been returned.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled by reaching out to customer service for assistance. If you’ve prepaid using a credit card, debit card, or gift card, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

For COD orders, cancellations will be processed automatically if the courier is unable to contact you using the phone number provided. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you wish to reinstate the order, you may reach out to customer service at any time.
