Return, Refund, Replacement, Exchange and Cancellation Policy (RRREC)

At Wlidaty, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Below are the details of our policy, which applies to products sold on Wlidaty:
Please note that certain products may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or exchange, as specified below. The return or replacement/exchange policy specific to each product or product combination, as indicated on the product page at the time of purchase, takes precedence.
The return, replacement, or exchange policy may change in accordance with business needs. However, the policy in effect at the time of the order will always apply.

Returns and Replacements Policy

  • Clothing and Footwear: Returns accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Birthday and Party Supplies: Returns accepted within 2 days of the purchase date.
  • Other Product Categories: Returns accepted within 7 days of the purchase date for the following items:

Returns will not be accepted for the following items:

If a product is ineligible for replacement or exchange after delivery due to reasons such as out-of-stock status, inability to collect the return, or any similar issue, you may still return the product within the permitted return period.
Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, with all parts and free gifts included. When returning an item, make sure it is well packaged. Please note that if you hand over an incorrect product to our delivery partner, Wlidaty cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the incorrect item during transit or otherwise.

At the time of collection, certain products may be subject to an at-home quality control inspection. The inspection will verify parameters such as the correct brand, style, colour, size, number of pieces in the packaging, condition of the original packaging (undamaged and reusable), presence of accessories (e.g. laces, flowers, bows, ties), security tags, and whether the item has been used. If any of these conditions are not met, your return request may be placed on hold. You may submit a new return request as long as the return window for the product is still open.

Once the returned product has been received at our premises and the quality check has been completed, a replacement or exchange will be dispatched to your address. In the case of a return, a refund will be processed for the original product(s) where applicable.

A fixed shipping fee of 40 MAD will be applied if the customer refuses to accept the original order containing items eligible for replacement/exchange, or refuses the replacement/exchange products once they have been dispatched.
If products from an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned, the coupon or offer will no longer apply to the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will not be included in the refund. However, in the case of a replacement or exchange, the same coupon code or offer will apply to the replacement/exchange order, as it did to the original purchase.

Products in the "Wlidaty Home" Category (Furniture)

For products purchased under the Furniture category, you may be eligible for a return within 48 hours of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, missing parts or components, was delivered in error, or is non-functional.

In-Store Carter's Purchases

Products purchased in Carter's stores can only be returned to the respective physical store. Returns for in-store purchases will not be processed via our website. Furthermore, replacements/exchanges are only available for products purchased online, not for in-store purchases.

Returns of Free Products

If you submit a return request for an item that was accompanied by a free product, the free product may also be cancelled, provided it has not yet been dispatched or is not already in transit. If the free product is received in poor condition or is defective, or if it is missing from the shipment, Wlidaty will not process a refund or replacement for the free product.

Return Collection Timeframe

For products where a reverse collection service is available through reputable carriers, collection will generally take place within 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Please note, however, that unforeseen delays may occur due to logistical challenges beyond our control. We kindly ask for your cooperation as we work to minimise such situations.

Replacement/Exchange Process

If you experience any issues with your product, you may request a replacement or exchange within the specified timeframe after delivery, subject to product availability. Please note the following conditions for replacements or exchanges:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and all other items that were part of the original shipment.
  • If the product does not meet the required return conditions, a refund will not be issued.

At the time of collection, certain products may be subject to a quality control inspection. The following parameters will be verified by the delivery partner:

  • Brand, style, colour, size, and number of items in the package must match
  • No damage or defects to the product packaging (resaleable condition)
  • No missing accessories, such as laces, flowers, bows, ties, etc.
  • Security tags attached to clothing (where applicable)
  • Whether the product has been used or not

If any of these conditions are not met, the replacement/exchange request may be placed on hold. If the product is still eligible for return, you may submit a new return request as long as the return window is open.

Once the original product has been received at our premises and the quality checks have been completed, we will dispatch the replacement or exchanged product to your address.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received at our premises and all quality checks have been carried out. The refund method will depend on the payment method used during the original transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be processed to the original card used for the purchase. For example, if payment was made by debit card, the refund will be returned to the same bank account linked to the card.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed to your bank account. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a gift card equivalent to the COD amount.

For exchanges or replacements, no refund will be issued. The new product will be dispatched to you once the original item has been returned.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled by contacting customer service for assistance. If you have prepaid by credit card, debit card, or gift card, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For COD orders, cancellations will be processed automatically if the delivery agent is unable to reach you on the phone number provided. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you wish to reinstate the order, you may contact customer service at any time.

International Orders – Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges for international orders may require a longer processing time. Please note that shipping costs related to returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
