By accessing our website at www.wlidaty.com (the "Site") and the services provided through it (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms are entered into between you ("You" or "User") and Wlidaty ("We", "Our"), a company registered under the laws of Morocco.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. General Information

Wlidaty.com is an online e-commerce platform specializing in a wide range of products. These General Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and its associated Services. Wlidaty.com operates in accordance with Moroccan legislation, in particular the Moroccan Consumer Protection Law and the Moroccan E-Commerce Law (Law No. 53-05).

The domain name www.wlidaty.com is owned and operated by Wlidaty SARL AU, a company incorporated under Moroccan law, with its registered office in Casablanca, Morocco.

2. Eligibility to Use the Site

The Site and Services are intended solely for individuals capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Moroccan law. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria.

Wlidaty.com reserves the right to refuse access to the Site to any person at its sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Site, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information as necessary to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised or that unauthorized access has occurred, you must notify us immediately.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Moroccan laws, including the Moroccan Consumer Protection Law, Law No. 09-08 on the Protection of Personal Data, and Law No. 53-05 on E-Commerce. In particular, you undertake not to:

• Use the Site to transmit any illegal, harmful, or offensive content, including viruses or malware.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the Services.
• Use the Site to conduct fraudulent activities or mislead other users.
• Violate intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

Wlidaty.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these Terms.

5. Prices, Promotions, VAT and Payment

Prices: All product and service prices on the Site are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).

VAT Provision: In accordance with Moroccan tax laws, prices displayed for products and services on the Site include VAT at the standard rate currently in force, which is 20% (as of the effective date).

If the VAT rate changes or new taxes are applied, we will update product prices accordingly, and the updated VAT rate will be reflected in the final total at checkout. You will be able to see the VAT breakdown in your order summary before confirming your purchase.

Promotions and Discounts: Wlidaty.com may offer promotions or discounts from time to time. The terms of any promotion will be clearly specified on the Site, and these promotions may not include or offer reduced VAT-inclusive prices. Applicable discounts will be reflected in the final price at checkout, including VAT.

Discount Codes: From time to time, Wlidaty.com may issue discount codes that can be applied to your order at checkout. These codes may apply to specific products, categories, or your entire order. The discount code must be applied during checkout in order to benefit from the discount.

Promotional Offers: Promotional offers, such as discounts, bundles, or free gifts, are subject to specific conditions, including but not limited to minimum purchase requirements or product exclusions. These offers may be limited in time and availability. For any order that is returned or undelivered, in whole or in part, the user will no longer be eligible for the offer applied to the original purchase. Furthermore, the benefit of the offer will not be included in any refund. The refund or replacement process will only be initiated once all products from the original order have been returned.

6. Transactions and Cancellations

Minimum Order Value: To place an order on Wlidaty.com, the minimum order value must exceed 50 MAD (excluding fees, delivery charges, taxes, or any other value adjustments related to the application of coupons or other promotions).

Credit Card Details: By providing your credit card information to complete transactions on our website, you confirm that the details you have entered are correct, accurate, and up to date. You also affirm that you are legally authorized to use this card to make purchases on our site.

We are not responsible for credit card fraud; the liability for any fraudulent use rests solely with you.

Cancellations by the Customer: If you submit a cancellation request and the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, once the order has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it, and you will need to refer to our return policy for any post-shipment queries.

Cancellation by Wlidaty.com: We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it, for reasons such as stock limitations, errors in product information or pricing, or issues identified by our anti-fraud and credit service.

7. Gift Cards

Wlidaty.com offers Gift Cards as a payment method for purchasing products or services on the Site. By purchasing, using, or redeeming a Gift Card, you agree to the following terms:

• Gift Card Purchase: Gift Cards are available for purchase in various values and can be bought on the Site. Gift Cards are only available in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
• Use: Gift Cards may be used as a form of payment for purchases on the Site. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, unless required by applicable law.
• Non-Transferable: Gift Cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased or received the Gift Card.
• Expiry: Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be cancelled.
• Refunds and Returns: If you return a product purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be credited to the same Gift Card or issued as a new Gift Card, in accordance with the return policy conditions.

8. Wlidaty Rewards Programme

Wlidaty.com offers the Wlidaty Rewards Programme, a loyalty programme that allows registered users to earn rewards based on their purchases and engagement on the site. By participating in the Wlidaty Rewards Programme, you agree to the following terms:

• Eligibility: The Wlidaty Rewards Programme is available to all registered users on Wlidaty.com who have made at least one purchase on the site. Only users aged 18 or over may participate.
• Earning Wlidaty Points: Users can earn Wlidaty Points for each eligible purchase made on the site. The number of points earned will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the product or promotion. You may also earn Wlidaty Points by performing other actions, such as subscribing to newsletters, sharing on social media, or referring friends to Wlidaty.com.
• Using Wlidaty Points: Wlidaty Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases or for free products, depending on the rewards available at the time of redemption. Points are redeemable only on the site and cannot be transferred for cash.
• Points Expiry: Wlidaty Points may have an expiry date. Points not used before the expiry date will be cancelled. The expiry period will be indicated in the user's account.
• Non-Transferability: Wlidaty Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder who earned them. Points cannot be sold or exchanged.
• Programme Modifications and Termination: Wlidaty.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the Wlidaty Rewards Programme at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the programme will be communicated to participants via the email associated with their account. In the event of programme termination, any unused Wlidaty Points will be cancelled.
• Fraud Prevention: Wlidaty.com reserves the right to disqualify any user from the Wlidaty Rewards Programme if it is determined that points were obtained fraudulently or in violation of these General Terms and Conditions.

9. Gift List

Wlidaty.com offers a Gift List service, allowing users to create personalised gift lists for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, baby showers, or any other celebration. By using the Gift List service, you agree to the following terms:

• Eligibility and Gift List Creation:
• You must be a registered user on Wlidaty.com to create a Gift List.
• To create a Gift List, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and the occasion for the list.
• The list is intended for personal use and must not be used for commercial purposes.

• Adding Items to the List:
• You can add products available on Wlidaty.com to your Gift List by selecting the "Add to List" option on the product page.
• All products added to the list are subject to availability and prices in effect at the time of purchase. Wlidaty.com reserves the right to remove products from the list if they become unavailable or out of stock.

• Sharing the List:
• Once your Gift List has been created, you can share it with friends and family by providing them with a link to your list.
• You can also customise the privacy settings of your list to make it private (accessible only to invited guests) or public (visible to anyone with the link).

• Purchasing from the List:
• Your friends and family can browse and purchase items from your Gift List directly on the site.
• When a gift is purchased from your list, the item will be removed from the list to avoid duplicates.
• Purchases made from your Gift List are subject to the same General Terms and Conditions as regular orders, including delivery charges, taxes, and return policies.

• Gift Wrapping and Messages:
• Wlidaty.com may offer gift wrapping services for certain items. You can select this option when purchasing items from the Gift List.
• You may also include a personalised message for the recipient when purchasing gifts.

• Returns and Exchanges:
• Returns or exchanges of gifts purchased from a Gift List are subject to Wlidaty.com's standard Return and Refund Policy.
• If the gift recipient wishes to return or exchange an item, the recipient or the purchaser must follow the return process outlined on the site.

• Gift List Expiry:
• Gift Lists will remain active for 1 year from the date of creation. After this period, the list will expire and any unpurchased items may be removed. You will be notified before your list expires.

• Modification and Cancellation:
• You may modify or delete your Gift List at any time. Any changes will be immediately reflected in the list.
• Wlidaty.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Gift List service at its discretion, without prior notice.

• Fraud Prevention in the Gift List:
• Wlidaty.com reserves the right to cancel any Gift List in the event of a breach of these Terms or if it is used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

• Limitation of Liability:
• Wlidaty.com is not responsible for gifts lost or stolen from the Gift List, nor for any issues related to the fulfilment of list orders, including delivery delays, defects, or damage.

10. Flash Sales

What is a Flash Sale?

A Flash Sale is a limited-time promotion in which specific products are offered at heavily discounted prices for a short period. Flash Sales are generally announced with a specified start and end time, and the products on offer are available while stocks last.

Eligibility and Participation:

Flash Sales are open to all registered users with an active account on Wlidaty.com. To participate, users must add the discounted products to their cart and complete the order process before the Flash Sale ends or while stock is available. Flash Sales cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or offers, unless otherwise stated.

Flash Sale Duration:

Flash Sales are time-limited and will run for a specified period, which will be clearly indicated on the site. The sale ends as soon as the allotted time expires or when the flash sale products sell out. Wlidaty.com reserves the right to end the sale before the scheduled time if all products are sold.

Product Availability:

Items in a Flash Sale are available in limited quantities. Once the available stock for a Flash Sale product is exhausted, no further orders will be possible. Wlidaty does not guarantee that a product will remain available for the entire duration of the Flash Sale.

No Price Adjustments:

Once an order has been placed during a Flash Sale, no price adjustment will be made if the price changes during the sale period. The prices of Flash Sale items are fixed for the duration of the sale.

Return and Refund Policy for Flash Sale Products:

Products purchased during Flash Sales are subject to Wlidaty's standard Return and Refund Policy. However, Wlidaty reserves the right to limit or exclude returns for certain Flash Sale items if they are clearly marked as non-returnable or final sale.

Flash Sale Notifications:

Customers wishing to receive notifications for upcoming Flash Sales can subscribe to the Wlidaty newsletter, follow our social media accounts, or enable notifications via the site. We will inform users of Flash Sale events in advance, but availability is always subject to the limited nature of these promotions.

Wlidaty's Rights:

Wlidaty reserves the right to modify or cancel any Flash Sale at its discretion. If a sale is cancelled or modified, we will notify users who have made a purchase, and adjustments or refunds will be issued as appropriate.

11. Order Processing, Delivery and Cancellations

At Wlidaty.com, we aim to provide our customers with a smooth and efficient shopping experience. The following information outlines our order processing, delivery, and cancellation policies. Please read carefully to understand the timelines and procedures involved.

Order Processing
Orders placed on Wlidaty.com will be processed in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Order Confirmation: Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of the items purchased, including the estimated delivery time.
• Processing Time: Upon receipt of your order, our team will process it during our business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Orders placed outside business hours or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Order Cut-Off Time: For customers located in Casablanca and Rabat, any order placed before 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed for delivery on the next business day.
• Orders from Other Cities: For all other cities in Morocco, orders placed before 2:00 PM will generally be processed for delivery within 24 hours. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery
We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery timelines are as follows:

• Casablanca and Rabat: For orders placed before 2:00 PM, we offer same-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next business day. We strive to complete all same-day deliveries, but in rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Other Cities: For cities other than Casablanca and Rabat, orders will be delivered within 24 hours of the order being placed, provided the order is placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next business day.
• Delivery Methods: All orders will be shipped via reliable courier services. We will select the most efficient and reliable delivery method based on your location.
• Delivery Charges: Delivery charges vary depending on the destination city and the size of the order. The total shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Modifications:
No modifications can be made to any order once it has been placed. You will need to wait until you have received your order before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

Cancellations
We understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility to our customers:

• Cancellations Before Shipment: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. Delivery Delays

12. International Orders

Eligibility for International Orders:

Wlidaty.com primarily operates and delivers products within Morocco. However, we understand the global nature of e-commerce and accept orders from customers outside Morocco. If you place an order from outside Morocco, you agree to comply with the following conditions relating to international orders.

International Shipping:

International orders are subject to additional delivery charges and delivery timelines, which will be calculated and sent to the customer after the checkout process. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the size of the order (weight/dimensions) and the destination country.

Delivery Timeframe:

Delivery times for international orders may vary considerably depending on the destination. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, carrier issues, or other external factors beyond our control.
Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Fees:

All international orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product prices or shipping charges at the time of checkout.

• You are responsible for paying any additional customs clearance fees in your country.
• Wlidaty.com is not responsible for delivery delays or refused deliveries due to customs procedures, customs duties, or other import restrictions.
• We advise you to check with your country's customs office for information on import taxes and regulations before placing an international order.

Currency and Payment:

Prices displayed on Wlidaty.com are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). For international orders, you may be charged in your local currency based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction, as determined by your payment provider. You agree to pay any foreign transaction fees or charges imposed by your payment method.

Processing of International Orders:
