1. Shipping Charges

We offer shipping to all cities within Morocco, and internationally. Our shipping charges are based on the delivery location and order value. Please see the details below:

• Casablanca:
• For orders less than 300 MAD, the shipping charge is 20 MAD.
• For orders 300 MAD or more, shipping is FREE.
• Outside Casablanca (Rest of Morocco):
• For orders less than 300 MAD, the shipping charge is 40 MAD.
• For orders 300 MAD or more, shipping is FREE.
• International Shipping:
• Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and size/weight of the package. In some instances we may call back the customer with updated shipping fee based on courier feedback 
• We currently offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Please note that shipping rates and timelines may vary depending on the country of delivery.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Casablanca & Rabat: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next calendar day.
• Other Cities (Outside Casablanca and Rabat): Orders will typically be delivered within 24 hours for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered within the next calendar day.
• International Deliveries: Delivery timelines for international orders vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout. Delivery may take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country.

3. Shipping Methods

All orders will be shipped using trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The shipping method chosen will depend on the destination and size of the order.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We deliver within Morocco and internationally to a wide range of countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us to check if we can deliver to your location.
• Shipping charges for international deliveries will be calculated during checkout, and customers will be informed of the delivery fee before confirming their purchase.
• Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations.
• Customs and Duties: For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and any other fees that may be applicable in your country are your responsibility. These charges are not included in the price of your order and will be billed directly to you by the customs authorities upon delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. This allows you to monitor your order until it arrives at your doorstep.

If there are any issues with delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unavailable recipient), we will make every effort to resolve the issue. If a delivery attempt fails due to inaccurate information or the unavailability of the customer, additional charges may apply to reattempt delivery.
